Quick Q&A
As I am not location bound, our meetings are primarily conducted online, allowing for flexibility across geographies. Should you prefer, or require an in-person session, this can be explored during the planning call.
Group trainings and speaking engagements are discussed individually and confirmed based on scope and format.
A therapist supports you through emotional distress and trauma, with the objective of helping you stabilize and feel better.
A coach focuses on future objectives by helping you clarify your goals and make sound decisions. They help you get from where you are to where you want to be.
An organizational psychologist works on the system of a company. They design and improve hiring processes, assessments, performance frameworks, and training programs.
A relationship analyst, such as myself, focuses on uncovering subconscious patterns, inner conflicts, and desires. Through pattern work, we identify what holds you back and what you can do to move beyond it. When executive advisory is layered in, I focus on the relational dynamics between senior leaders: trust breakdowns, power struggles, repeated conflict, and unspoken tensions that distort decisions and slow execution.
Only if you want your next connection to work out better than the last.
We often seek support when something is broken or about to fall apart, but as the saying goes, the best cure is prevention.
Yes, you are in the right place. The same underlying mechanisms shape all human connection, including professional and leadership relationships. This applies to managing teams, working with peers, and engaging with senior stakeholders and business partners. Attraction or repulsion sets the tone, tension can be productive or disruptive, conflict follows, and the relationship either stabilizes or breaks down.
The work we do offers a way to look at those dynamics more clearly, particularly in contexts where responsibility and influence are part of the picture.
With more than two decades spent in corporate environments, the most consistent challenge I have seen, regardless of industry or company size, is communication breakdown. Much of the work I do with teams focuses on strengthening how people communicate, particularly under pressure, disagreement, or during decision making.
In addition to tailored communication trainings, this work extends into leadership contexts, including executive-level advisory, where relational and communication dynamics sit closely alongside responsibility, influence, and accountability.
Topics span from interpersonal relationships and the mechanisms that shape them, through to leadership and operational strategy, depending on context and audience.
A brief introductory conversation is the best way to gain clarity.
