What repeats takes hold
Connection made intentional, not automated.
We'll name the pattern and quiet the noise
The lens I use
I’m a relationship analyst and executive advisor, working with a method that draws from the intersection of behavioural science, applied neuropsychology, and communication dynamics.
My work centers on pattern recognition, with emphasis on instinctive responses and subconscious triggers, easiest to spot in romantic relationships. In plain English, I rely on data to identify exactly where your blueprint is failing you, and how to realign it.

This is for you
- If you carry responsibility at work, at a cost at home. Or your personal life is steady, but work feels heavier than it should.
- You notice the same behaviours showing up, personally or professionally, and you’re tired of being on repeat mode.
- You’re past the honeymoon period in a relationship and want to steady it before it drifts into crisis or slow disengagement.
- If you’re looking for clarity on how you communicate, what lands, what misses, and what gets left out.
- You want to work with your "lizard" brain, rather than have it run your life.
- You’ve tried other approaches, but nothing has quite shifted in a lasting way.
Pressure and ease activate different pathways. Growth follows from noticing the difference.
It's the lizard
Both symbolic and intentional, lizards reflect our capacity to change and begin anew when we choose to. One of the oldest structures in the human brain, the reptilian or “lizard” brain is home to some of the main drivers of conditioned, habitual, and ritualised behaviour. Meaning, when you lose it, or run from it, then a day later you wonder what the hell happened, your lizard brain in action happened.
Our work together is designed to loosen its grip, so it has less sway over you and you gain more freedom in how you act and feel.
Stay with me
Working with me
1. We start with a brief assessment to clarify the support you seek.
2. In our sessions, we map your relationship dynamics, communication patterns, or both, based on what you want to make sense of and improve.
3. You leave with a clear picture of what’s driving you beneath the surface, the language you default to under pressure, and micro-changes that shift your outcomes.
P.S.: I don’t sugar coat
Shift your pattern

Intake
Sometimes a single “how did I not see this before” moment is enough.

Signature
At other times we decode the underlying system to regain control of responses and restore internal stability.

Talks & Groups
Group dialogue can surface new angles and ideas we’d never reach on our own.
- observe
- connect
- integrate
In conversation
My talks are an invitation to slow down the moment just enough to see what’s really happening. I work with themes of attention, relationship, and awareness in love, in leadership, and in work.
What emerges isn’t just answers, but better questions, and the capacity to stay with them.
You don´t have to perform here.
